Comparison between countries shows that four banks have competitive fees for online trading of all Baltic stocks, namely:
- Hansabankas;
- Hansapank;
- SEB Pank, and;
- SEB banka.
So, with an account at for example SEB banka, based in Latvia, you can not trade only Latvian shares at a competitive price, but Estonian and Lithuanian shares as well.

Yearly maintenance fees

The graphic below shows the annual maintenance fee (in euro) for keeping Latvian stocks in portfolio. Notice that Jūsų tarpininkas, whose transaction fee per trade (buy/sell) is a bit higher, charges the lowest maintenance fee (0.04% of the portfolio value per year). So, if you want to buy stocks and keep them for multiple years, then Jūsų tarpininkas could be an interesting broker.
